Better Readings provides video-based tarot guidance sessions. Sessions are intended for personal reflection, insight, and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should consult a qualified professional for any such concerns.

3) Eligibility

5) Payments & Cancellations

Payments are processed via third-party providers (such as Consolto). By booking, you agree to their terms as well.

• Cancellations: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with the policy provided during booking. Typically, cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable.
• Refunds: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds for services already rendered.

7) Disclaimers

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Huntsville, Alabama.
